Welcome to these special Event Show sessions, where we are sharing our best advice on how to design or redesign your event experiences, so that you can get more people to sign up and show up again.
We all had a pretty challenging year last year, but things are starting to ramp up again, and while there are lots of things we all need to achieve, and different ways of doing it, ultimately what it comes down to is the experiences that we provide, as that will decide whether people want to show up, what they think and say about your work, and whether they want to come back again.
So in this series of special short sessions, we are walking you through an Experience Design process, what it is, how you can use it, and why it is valuable for you.
